Default Multiple Electrical Failures

Recently while driving my 1997 Grand Caravan, I had multiple electrical failures.
Components that failed:
Blower motor
Horn
Blinkers
Overhead console blinks off and on

I took the van into a shop to have a diagnosis completed. They said the problem was the ignition switch (electrical portion). They were happy to charge me $350 to replace it. Instead, I bought the part (they said was bad) for $38 and replaced it myself. The problem is, the new switch did not change anything. All of the above components are still not working. Does anybody have ideas about what might be the solution or where to start looking/trouble-shooting? Any help or ideas will be appreciated!

Start with this, the blower motor relay, the turn signal flasher and the overhead console are all powered by fuse 12 (10a) in the junction block ( in drivers footwell). Check to make sure the fuse has power to it and that it is not blown.
