2007 caravan se fuse problems
here is my link I had made on how to
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-c...-pictures.html
and to copy the picture you want from adobe you will need a screen caputure, if you have windows 7 or vista there is a snippit tool that you can use, for xp I downloaded a tool called "quick screen capture"
or you can use the good old "cntl printscrn" but I never had much luck with that
Ok gotta make this quick as Santas on his way lol
leave the fuse in place(you will see little metal spots on either side of the Amp rating on the visible part of the fuse when its installed). (touch your probe onto them) if you see juice on both sides then the fuse is good (ive seen some that visually look fine but have no continuity) basically I want you to confirm to me that the fuse is good other than a visual inspection, or you can just remove it and test it for continuity lol. More than one way to skin a cat eh?
the relays just pull out by hand, sometimes they are a little tight as they havent been moved since assembly If you do use pliers on em be careful as the plastic bodies can crack. just give a lil wiggle on em before you try to pull em straight up and out
i see in that pic you posted that you even have a spare relay if its the same size as the rear wiper one i'd use that
Lol you think its cold in Texas?
Tomorow I will see my 07 in person so I'll have a look at the PDC to see what I can see
Ill send you a PM tomorrow on how to post pics and some other goodies I know you'll just love to have.
Peace Jerry

I checked all the fuses in the Integrated Power Module (IPM), located under the hood next to the battery. I specifically checked #4 (30 amp) and #11 (20 amp) and they are both good (as are all the fuses).
My IPM only has 4 relays of that kind, these are: the accessory relay, the starter motor relay, the defogger relay, and the front blower motor relay. I swapped the defogger relay for the accessory relay, but it still didn't let the rear wiper motor engage. So, I suppose the next thing is to check the dash switch and unplug the harness connector C2 from the BCM, as well as from the Rear Wiper Motor. I have ordered a set of panel removal tools (from Crutchfield) and I'll wait until they arrive to check the dash switch, and, then, after eliminating all else, I'll take off the back panel and expose the motor again, as well as crawling under the dash and unplug C2. But I'll need a warmer day before tackling those tasks.
Am I on the right track, or is there still something else I could check. Are there any other places but dealerships that have the diagnostic computers needed for checking the circuitry?

your on the right track Jerry
any shop with a scanner can get into the BCM and see what it sees, these tools arent exclusive to dealerships.
I looked at my 07 and theres no relay for rear wipers either.
