Default accessory power outlet

I need to replace the front accessory power outlet in my 2005 Town and Country. Any suggestions how to access the outlet, and how to disconnect the electrcial leads? Thanks.

there is actually a special tool for that, it works so sweet. I sure hated fighting those out before that.

looks something like this..........


REMOVAL




1 - POWER OUTLET RETAINING CLIPS 2 - POWER OUTLET CONNECTOR 3 - POWER OUTLET 4 - SPECIAL TOOL 9857 - POWER OUTLET REMOVER 1.Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.2.Using special tool 9857 Power Outlet Remover. Insert the tool with tips against bosses.3.Pull out the base through mounting ring by gently rocking pliers.4.Disconnect the base wires.
