DASHBOARD, running lights do not work

hi i am frank
my 99 caravan has light problem.
when i turn head lights on they work.
break and turn singles work.
the running lights and dash lights do not come on.
can anyone help?

First try relay switch yellow highlighted with red highlighted.

relay is probably good as it does not control cluster lamps the common link between the two is the light switch.
