Default O2 sensor issues

we have had our 2005 grand caravan for 2 yrs now when we first bought it, it had CEL on. dont remember all but there was a few O2 codes and egr code so i replaced egr and o2 sensors to no avail. after awhile we took it to a local shop and had it diagnosed. they said the cat was clogged and need replaced for sure which was done and it ran a lot better but the CEL light was still on. Turned out to be O2 codes. so i replaced the both with new Bosch sensors from autozone and still have a CEL. they current codes are p0135 and p0032.
the computer was re-flashed already. i dont know what to do now.thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forum. Code P0032 is O2 sensor 1/1 heater circuit high and code P0135 is O2 sensor 1/1 heater performance. Basically the heater in the upstream O2 sensor isn't working. The PCM feeds 12v to the O2 sensor heater when you start the engine to warm it up and get it to respond faster. Check the wires for opens or shorts to ground or power for starters.

The O2 sensor heaters are only run on a cold engine with it running. And they only run for so long. You almost need a scan tool to actuate the heater to check for voltage.

Default power surge?

I have a 2005 dodge caravan that has been having different kinds of problems. The biggest one is what feels to me like a power surge. The rpm's will shoot up out of nowhere causing an "almost" stall effect. When this happens I feel a slight electrical shock in my gas pedal foot...although none of the mechanics seem to think that is actually happening. Transmission problems have been ruled out...cat has been replaced...egr has been replaced as has the oxygen sensors....also headlights will sporatically decide to go off but will come back on when switch is turned off and then on again...any other ideas?
