Question Rotor and Pads

Hi there,
I have a 99 Dodge Caravan
I felt I need to replace my brakes
My Fornt Roter looks like they been through some serious heat Cycle;
I am wondering do I need to replace it or get it cut ?

It doesn't cost much more for new rotors that don't have heat spots.

I agree on new rotors. Get ones that are produced in USA or Canada. New pads are not expensive so while you are in there rplace them too.
