Exclamation 97 Caravan 3.0 Oil Leak

I have an oil leak, which I thought was the oil pan gasket so I replaced that and the valve cover gaskets, but it is still leaking..

It looks like it is leaking from around the cam shaft on the side of the motor where the alternator and power steering pump is located.

What gaskets are those and how hard are those to replace and fix?

Please help need to find out what these are and how to fix them

97 caravan 3.0 230,000 miles and still going, but leaking oil..

Thanks,
brownsplus2

The camshaft in the front side by the belt has a lip seal. Not an easy thing to replace. Might as well look at replacing the timing belt and water pump at the same time, since the timing belt will have to be removed to replace the seals.
