Default Dodge 05 3.3

Keep getting misfire 300 or 306 codes. Changed the plugs and ran like a charm for 15 minutes. Changed the wires and ran like a charm for 15 minutes. Changed the air filter and ran like a charm for 15 minutes. Changed the coil pack and ran like a charm for 15 minutes. Doesn't seem to matter what I do, I get this surging from the engine and a back fire when giving her gas. It doesn't hesitate at high speeds over 85 km and is worse in town driving. I have checked map, tps, egr and o2 sensors.
Help!
Update:
It now has a 300 and 404 code and is back firing when accelerating. Timing was checked and its fine. These codes will come and go sometimes they will not come up for 2 or 3 hours and sometimes the misfire is there but no codes.
Update:
It now has a 306 code error along with the 300 and 404. #6 plug and wires were checked and all is well there. I feel the end is near.

Default Timing

Hi , Take a ohms meter check the crank shaft pickup behind the bottom pully . There will be 2 wires . Check with ohms meter It Should be 1000 ohms. If the ohms is less 5-600 ohms its still bad . Be sure to ck the new pickup's ohms also right out of the box. Just an ole mans 2 cents. Bud

I have almost identical problems. I've done the plugs, wires, EGR valve. I started another thread about this. Have you found a cure? I have read so many threads with similar or identical problems, obviously there is a widespread issue with this. Wish someone would write a "how-to" chart to diagnose this.
