Default Strange SRS Code

I have an airbag light on. I have checked the seatbelt pretensioners, clockspring was replaced, and all connections (I think) checked ok.
I took it to shop today and the only code showing was "Loss of ignition run only". Was it not tested properly or does this message give give a cryptic clue to a fix?

Loss of ignition run only is usually a blown fuse. the airbag system has 2 fuses and probably one of them is blown or not making contact.

F100 is the power that is missing from your airbag controller

From the diagram, I'd say there is no fuse and the power is fed by the front control module. The cover on the PDC should list what the fuses are for. If none say airbag, then it is a feed from the front controller.
