well if there is a way, it would require an idler in place of the compressor as a shorter belt would cause the WP to spin in reverse.
I have not seen anything like this for sale, now you might be able to make something, but this will take you time.

my honest opinion just replace the compressor and then you'll have A/C for the summer too,
240 for the compressor and clutch assembly is right about ballpark

Autozone could order me a bypass pulley but I would have had to wait. I just bought the compressor instead since I didnt have 3 days to wait before going home. They wanted something like 30 bucks. The below link wants 65$. I dont know how reputable they are; I just googled it. Mine would have come from the local parts store.

Its always best to research your answer first, even of you 'know' what you are talking about.

I went to the link you provided for by pass a/c pulley. I put in the same year of van that you showed and entered on keyboard. the message read "research showed no results for that part. I put in your year also and then my year of van in case i needed that part. the same result.

did you get your part?

It was Advance Auto Parts, not Autozone, my mistake. I was in Tennessee at the time,,,its been 2 years now.

I checked the link I gave; they say they are 'temporarily out of stock'. It does have a part number there though.

Here is Advance Auto Parts page. They have one for 39.99, in stock. Its a Dorman HELP! part, part number 34216. I am assuming they can ship it to you because I have no idea where you are at.
