What can you get away with buying new?
My husband and I are about to trade our truck in for a 2011 caravan and want to see what extras we can get away with without being too cheeky.
So far we have they have given us a trade in value for the truck and a price for the van and no we have are home to think about the deal for a day or two. Don't want to rush into something that costs a lot of money.
We are thinking about asking them to install DVD system on the headrests. Possibly better console between front seats. Would this be too cheeky or have others asked for more?
Thanks!

I highly recommend Edmunds as a source to see what the TMV(true market value) is of the new van. If I were you, I'd do the trade in separately so that you know what you are really paying for the van. The best you'll get for your truck is wholesale.
Yeah I'll have a look at edmunds! Thanks for that! They have broken down the numbers for us so we can see what we get for the truck as well as the van, along with discounts and offers they have.
We are on a rural area so the best option is private but that is a lot of work and we still owe money on it as we just bought it in August. So a trade in is our best option right now. They will in effect pay off the truck and start a new agreement with us.
