putting a/c compressor in van--

can oil be put into compressor from bottle, and then after installing compressor and accumulator be vacuumed?

Wouldn't vacuuming remove oil also or just moisture?

Would it be better to install compressor, vacuum system, and then put oil in from can?


What would be be sequence?

Would it be better to buy oil and 134 all in same can for the first can?

 

Put the oil into the compressor, vacuum and charge the system, then turn the clutch a few rotations by hand to get most of the oil out of the compressor. Add some leak detection dye while you're at it.
