When we purchased the 2011 caravan, we had the dealer install the ceiling mounted dvd unit. This unit came 2 wireless headsets. I found that one headset has to be used on the left side and the other on the
right. If they're switched around, the reception constantly breaks up.

Any similiar issues?

Looking back I should have gone for the complete multimedia package, oh well. The kids love watching their movies, i'm actually looking forward to long trips
