Looking for help here....I have a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan and as of yesterday I have a odd problem. All dash led lights (mileage, trip, ext temp, direction, ac, etc), radio, headlights and taillights all flash very consistently fast. Headlights flash when they are not turned on. When I turn the headlights on, all lights are normal with no flashing, and headlights are normal also.
I forgot to close windows fully and it rained inside van. We let everything air out, but this is a couple days later and still flashing. Van runs and drives normal and all functions work. No check engine or warning lights are on either.

Reset your computer by disconnecting the battery for 1/2 hour then reconnect it
