Default Brake pedal slowly goes to the floor.

I am having a problem with the brakes on a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. The brake pedal was going to the floor at slow speeds. I took it to the dealership and they told me that the master cylinder was bad and they replaced it. I picked it up and everything seemed fine. I drove it for about another 1000 miles and then it started doing the same thing. I noticed that if I am moving and press the brakes they work, but if I am slowing down and I release the brake pedal slightly and then press it again it again the pedal goes closer to the floor and the brakes don't work as well. I can do this until the brake pedal is on the floor and the vehicle will keep moving. I am taking it back in to have it fixed, but I would like to know what the problem could be so I don't get the runaround. Thanks in advance.

you probably need a ABS module and HCU if there is Air in the brake system.
