Default 2006 Grand Caravan trailer wiring harness

Im going to be installing a hitch on my van this weekend and am looking for some advice on the wiring harness. How do I go about this? Is it as simple as "plug and play" or is their some splicing required? Where are the leads located on the van? Are they hidden somewhere in the rear or do i have to use the turn signals/brake lights?

Thanks

Until someone pipes in - take a look at Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring > 2006 > Dodge > Grand Caravan. They have pictures and an installation video.

mine was as simpme as removing the lights and plug them into them with a t connection. factory harness. now if you interested in 7 wire for brake option on trailer and controller than you going to have to do some running of wire and splicing thru firewall and such.
