I have a 2003 Grand Caravan Sport, 3.3. My right side power door won't unlock with the remote or with the switch inside. Sounds like it is working. How would I go about checking to see what maybe the problem. Thanks in advance.

 

99% of the time, the lock actuator fails. It is connected to the latch assembly. I don't even check them anymore, I just replace them.

 

I have the same issue, more or less, except my passenger side sliding door won't lock. Not only that, but I can't even lock it manually - the button just WON'T go down. I can hear the actuator trying to do its job. I was hoping to find something helpful, here, but I think I'm just going to have to open up the door and see what's going on in there. I'll post back if I find anything useful.
