I've noticed while parking that chk.engine light was on. I turned engine off and then restarted it. No Check Engine light came up again. I later checked the memory by turning on and off 3 times ignition - and message --- DONE---- appeared on the screen. So, was it just random glitch or maybe system just reported temporarily problem that was fixed after restarting the car?

 

If it's a one off event I would disregard it. If it happens again try to get a scanner connected and read the codes before you shut it off. AutoZones and others will read codes for free.
