Default Error code P0000 on 2005 Grand Caravan

I got this error code. Can anyone tell me how to repair this. I assume the ABS sensor needs replaced.

Hmm. My usual sources don't list it. A search of the net comes up with nothing concrete. Found one reference for a Dodge Durango TSB that said it was a glitch and actually meant something else. What is telling you it is an ABS sensor?

I used a scanner from car md. It said that error code meant there was an issue developing in the abs system. Also the abs light is on.

Just to make sure you're not chasing your tail I would connect another scanner and see what it comes up with. An AutoZone or the like will scan your van for free. There's always your dealership if you want to fork over around $100.

Two things aren't making sense. #1 the code isn't listed. #2 ABS fualt codes fall under what is termed "body" codes. They start with the letter "B". Only a DRBIII scanner at your dealership will read body codes.

FYI - The ABS light is telling you the ABS system is disabled. You'll still have normal braking. The ABS system uses 4 sensors, one on each wheel. Take a look at each sensor and make sure they aren't covered with mud or debrie. You can check continuity through each sesnor's coil using an ohm meter.
