Would a tranny from an 04 3.3 work in a 2005 3.8?

 

physically it will bolt right up, plug right in and work just fine. There's always the arguement that it must be engine specific, however I proved that you can use an 02 stratus 2.7 trans behind a 3.8 '05 caravan and it worked perfectly.
