Have a 2002 Caravan eC which is base model with 2.4 motor.

Disconnected my negative battery terminal to clean it off and when I restarted all my gauges on dash and turn signals and hazards did not work. Came back on for about 5 minutes while driving and as soon as I turned on turn signal all went dead again. I have no odometer, PRNDL, and cannot reset by holding in trip meter. My codes indicated needing a PCM via an 0601 and 1384 before all this happened. Just can't believe it is not ground related. Removed battery for a couple hours and I still get nothing. Car runs fine and can live without speedo, temp, and even gas gauge but no turn signals is not good. I have found multiple posters with exact same symptoms but no responses other than solder on circuit board which I have already checked. Can't find used BCM for this base model at my local junk yards and not really wanting to pay $400 for new not knowing if that is even the problem. Any other ideas would be welcomed.

Make sure the ground is making good contact, a bad ground will cause this issue. Do a voltage drop from the end of the cable to the battery terminal.
