Hi all - new to this forum but not to caravans.

Here is a weird one -
2003 Town & Country AWD 3.8
101000 miles
transmission was rebuilt 500 ish miles on rebuild.

The van hesitates only when turning and not consistantly. Some times it hesitates a little, sometime violently, sometimes not at all. No check engine lights.

Anyone ever heard of this? On a seemingly unrelated note, the fuel gauge has been malfunctioning since the the car left the transmission shop. They are going to take a look at it.

work done to trans:
clutches
pump
torque converter
solenoid pack
and a slew of corrective/preventative measure

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How are your tires? All evenly worn? Same size? When you turn the power transfer unit could be chattering. Uneven tires can cause this or the PTU itself. It's a separate part of the trans, uses different fluid. There is a remote possibility they drained it and didn't fill it back up all the way.
