Default Mystery Engine Problem

I am having a problem with by 03 3.3L Flex SE Caravan. This all started with a little hesitation and some power loss about 2 months ago. I did a tune up, new plugs, wires and air filter and after that the van ran great, for a day. The next day the van gave me a check engine light and began to run very rough, blowing white smoke out the back and had no power at all. The code that I was given was the P0202 that indicated a bad fuel injector. I replaced the injector went to restart the van and it would not start. the van would only make a clicking sound from the auto-shutdown relay. After a very extensive look over to make sure I didn’t miss or break a wire somewhere I broke down and called the dealer. I was told that the computer is bad and that this is quite common with these vans. I replaced the computer (had mine rebuilt to save on cost) and I installed the computer and the van started. The mystery is that it is still running rough with the smoke and no power. I did some research and just replaced the O2sensors and the coil pack. I then decided to get a timing light and check the flow of current to the plugs and this is the strange part. I am now getting a P0202 and P0302 this is a bad injector that I replaced and a misfire in the #2 cylinder. the timing light shows that in all the other 5 cylinders the spark is rhythmic with the idle of the engine, in the #2 cylinder the light in the timing light is flashing fast, like 4 flashes to the other cylinders 1. This was the case with the old coil pack and the new pack. The van is still running horrible and blowing a ton of smoke. Also the smoke from the rear has no anti-freeze smell just smells like exhaust and an engine running very rich. I am completely stumped at this point any help would be greatly appreciated. I apologize about the length of the post but I needed to give all the information.

Wait till dark, open the hood , and start it up. Watch for signs of arcing among the spark plug wires, especially along the #2 plug wire.

check the harness big one. pop hood right in front of tranny. grab it and pull up. tie harness away from tranny. it rubs short to ground. moving the harness away may fix issue. ground wire from the computer signal to the injector grounds out causing the injector to fire 100% making u missfire flooded cylinder #2

Can someone show me where the harness is? I seem to be having the same sort of issue. New plugs and wires about 8 months ago, now hiccuping at idle (700 RPM) and throwing a check engine light (not blinking). Hesitation goes away when the accelerator is applied, but not much power.

Follow the harness until you get to the connector.
The fuel injectors are under the plenum, but you can feel them with your hand.
The harness exits on the drivers side, near the power steering reservoir. ( had to undo mine and swing it out of that way for better access)

Right. Going to show my ignorance here, but what is the plenum?
