I'm in the process of trying to order a 2012 Grand Caravan Crew. Just within the last few days the Trailer Tow Group has disappeared from the option lists (both online and at the dealership.) I'm told (rather unconvincingly) that everything needed for towing is already on the Crew model and that I just should order the Load Leveling package and have the dealership install the hitch and wiring. Can anyone confirm this? The dealers I have talked to just don't seem to really know for sure. Thanks.
