I have a 97 Caravan....4 banger. I had a "Fuel Too Lean" which caused my Emissions test to fail. I replaced the O2 Sensors in it and the fault did not clear, I reset the codes with the handheld code tester, took it back to the emissions test site and failed. it said "The OBD II readiness codes are not set" they said something about a "drive cycle" can anyone help?

 

Emissions testing centers want to be able to look at all your obd monitor test and see that they have all ran and passed. After clearing your codes, you also reset your obd test. The vehicle will have to be drove awile to allow it to run all of its test before returning to the emmissions center.
