Default lower control arm pivot control arm bushing question

I had play on my 1998 Grand Caravan in the drivers side lower control arm bushing.
I replaced the bushing(identical) using a bearing press (extracting and insertion)and still have play in the bushing.
Any ideas?
Tie rod etc. are tight.
Passenger side tight

You can rock the lower control arm with both hands and see movement at the pivot bushing.
I managed to get a torque wrench on the bushing bolt and tightened it to specs and I think I fixed it.
