Our 2011 (have pulled up same problem with 2010 model) rear doors when opening have rubbed against the real wheel walls leaving on our white van black marks on both sides with the same pattern.

The inside of both read doors show wear on the interior door pannels. Taking to our dealer to repair under warranty.
