Can you give us a little "road force" 101? I'm guessing this is something determined during an alignment. That's the trouble - I'm only guessing.

I'm FAR from the expert here but it looks like a "road force measurement checks the rims/tires for out of round.?? Like how much the road force from each tire/wheel varies during it's 360 degreee trip. I guess the number is just some industry standard thing that they came up with to measure this . This done with a wheel balancer type machine, I guess.

Yea, I'm thinking maybe there's an issue with something that's already been done. Axles too! Maybe the bad vibrations from the poor motor mounts have done damage to the new CV axles? I don't know.... but I'll keep this thread updated as I figur it out! Thanks Y'all!

YEEEHHOOOO!!! (They need to add the little flying pig like on those Geico commercials!!)

WEEEEEEHOOOOOO!!!

Today I went to Autozone and got another hub bearing, I was gonna pull the passenger side CV axle and replace both parts again when I found some play in the lower control arm bushing.

I think I got it fellas! It seems that the bolt(s) going through the metal bushing in the lower control arms are are two different sizes.... the one on the passenger side was about a 1/4 turn loose causing a slight movement when I shook it. The bolt is physically a different diameter than the one on the drivers side so I gotta wonder if someone put the wrong bolt back in there at some point. I just tightened the hell out of it and stopped it from moving and the test drive went AWESOME!!!! No More Vibrations!!!

In conclusion, I think the motor/trany mounts were most of the problems... The control arm bushings and inserts were the rest of it... I am gonna order the two bolts from Dodge tomorrow and get the correct bolt in both of these so hopefully there won't be another issue like this!

Thanks for everyone's thoughtful replies throughout this process, I hope I can return the favor soon. !!!

Now I'm gonna drive the ol' beast through Wendy's for a Doubble w/extra cheese..... Its CELEBRATION time!!!
