Vehicle: 2002 Dodge Caravan SE

I'm trying to test the multifunction turn signal switch WASHER pins. My windshield washer isnt working and i figured testing this first before going thru the elaborate process at dismantling my washer motor.

I;m having troubles removing the wire connector.



I pressed down on the red rab but still the black back end doesnt slide out. I even used plyers while pressing down on the red tab. Am i attempting to remove the wire connector correctly?

You have to slide the red tab backward first, then press it. It is a connector lock.....yay! It should slide back like a quarter inch or so.
