Bought a set of Bosch Platinum +4 4482's for my Caravan thinking it was a 3.8L, after getting home realized it is a 3.3L. Am i still able to run these plugs in my 3.3L or should i return them? Asking as I live and an hour and half away from parts store.

Ok that you are an hour away from parts store, but you have a computer so just look it up! Check the Bosch website or autoparts website.
