Happy new years everyone!!!

I'm about to get a set of winter tires on my 2010 SE with a 3.3L engine. I'm planning to get them on a different set of rims. If I get the new tires without the pressure sensors, are there any consequences (such as screwing up the ABS or electronic stability control/traction control)? I know my TPMS light will stay on and won't be warned if I'm low on air, but I can live with that since I check my pressure regularly.
