'05 T&C Fluid Leak

'05 T&C Fluid Leak
Hey everyone.
I have an '05 T&C Limited which has developed a small fluid leak over the past few weeks. It's possible that it has been leaking for longer than that, but I don't keep the vehicles in the garage until winter hits.
Anyway, there is RED fluid dripping on the passenger side, toward the back of the wheel well. I thought it might be the water pump, but it doesn't smell like antifreeze at all. It is somewhat sticky, and I think it's probably ATF+4.
The transmission is on the driver's side, so I assume it's something related to the power steering? We had the rack & pinion replaced about a year ago.
It's hard to tell where the fluid is really coming from, since there's not a lot of space up there. There was some fluid on the water pump pulley, but like I said, doesn't smell like antifreeze.
Thoughts? Power steering pump? We're not getting any whine, or any difficulty in the steering (everything seems to be working well since replacing the rack).
