Default rewiring fuse to spare fuse

I have a bad fuse for the front blower motor on a 2005 Grand Caravan. I am wondering if I can rewire it underneath to go to a spare fuse spot.

No power to the fuse. I am going to try and fix it but if it can't be fixed I was wondering if I could use a spare fuse.

The 40 amp fuse for the blower motor is supplied with power by a relay. I put a diagram on your other thread.
