Default 98 Caravan with engine tick

Just looking for some clarification here on whether this noise is the "typical" noise this engine makes or if I should get this looked at. I've read a lot of info about the 3.0L engines making ticking noises when cold and whatnot, but I've only ever seen text descriptions of it. I took a video of my van to capture the noise so that I could hopefully get some opinions on this. If it's normal then I'll live with it, despite the fact it's annoying as hell. I just don't want this to lead to some major failure.

Bad lifters was right, just got the van back from repair, all lifters replaced and running smooth as ever. Tech said there were three lifters that were damn near shot and woulda failed pretty soon.
