SES light codes help
Need a little assistance with engine light codes for my 98 caravan. Just picked up the van today from the Chrysler dealer after having the lifters repaired. Runs great now and no more loud ticking. Went to pick up my girlfriend from work a short while ago and the engine light came on. She actually noticed it before I did. I got home and tried the ignition cycling to retrieve the code thinking the code would display in th odometer like in my parents 2006 caravan, before realizing that mine was flashing the codes with the light. It gave me code 12-32-55. Some quick searches revealed that 12 and 55 are normal and the 32 is the important number. On older vehicles with OBD I the 32 had something to do with the egr system, does that still hold true for my van? I'm thinking maybe something got knocked loose when the lifters were done and no one noticed.

Yes, still applies. A MIL code 32 equates to a scanner code P0403 - EGR circuit malfunction. You have an electrical problem in the EGR solenoid circuit. Might be disconnected.
