Lightbulb Question: 3.3/3.8 Oil Filter Space?

On a 2006 or earlier 3.3 or 3.8 Caravan, is there enough space to fit a PH8A sized oil filter in the place of the the shorter 5281090 sized oil filter?

Thanks! That's great news. I'm currently shopping the market for a used Caravan and am researching various options all the way down to what oil filter to use. This one is expensive, but it is the oil filter I'd use for sure:
