Default low voltage 2005 Dodge Caravan 2.4

Hello! I am the new owner of 2005 Doadge Caravan 2.4.I have problem with low voltage. It is 13.6 V with engine on. The alternator is already checked/remanufactured. The battery is new. The voltage regulator is in PCM. It should be regulated by battery temp. sensor. But the problem is that there is no sensor like this in my car. There is no hole in battery tray there aren't any wires under tray. Is it possible that there were some 2005 versions without the sensor? Or previous owner remove it ? All the wires and cables are alredy checked. Do you have any suggestions ?

Somewhere in the early 4th generation line they integrated the battery temp sensor into the PCM. I recall something about a calculated measurement as opposed to a direct temp reading. I don't recall how it's calculated. Are you getting a CE light and a code? What symptoms are you seeing besides a measured 13.6 vdc?

I am the owner of this car for 5 monhs. I became suspicious when I lost my last battery. It was dead after 3 months. Then I bought new one and checked charging. It was 13.5 V. I remanufactured alternator and now have 13.6 V. There were some codes on OBD tool: one very strange P3F79, one about fog lamps (there is no fog lamps in my car), and one was about battery temperature sensor. There were no CE light. But now the codes are gone. The car is fine. But all the mechnics are talking that the charging is too low. Too low to charge the battery full. I don't want to lost the battery. There is opinion here in Europe ( I am living in Poland, Europe)that charging should be at least 14.0 V. Even on the battery I bought there is a notice that to be covered by warranty charging should be at least 14.1 V. My mechanic said that it is a problem with voltage regulator which is within the PCM. He remove PCM and gave it to electronic specialist to check it. Do you think that this is the problem? I really appreciate your help.
