I have a 2003 grand caravan sport with 112000 miles. It has the 3.8 v6 and the tow package. Stock 16" wheels with new tires. Cd player. Roof rack. Power seat. Overall the van is in great condition the interior has no rip tears or major stains. It has the child safty seat and the rear cargo pop up carrier thing. It also has the power tailgate and power side door.

Carmax gave me an offer of $2500. Is this a good offer and would i get a better offer anywhere else? What do u think i could sell it for to a individual?

If it's in the great condition you say with no known issues, I'll bet you could get at least a grand more through a private sale, it's worth that. $2500 is most likely rough trade-in value from a dealership. They'd turn around, clean it up and put it on the lot for 6k or more.

I recommend that you go online and cross reference the values of you're vehicle through NADA Guides, Kelley Blue Book and Edmond's.
