New (to me) 2007 Grand Caravan has no fuse 33 (no fuse socket) and washer front or rear doesn't work. Put in a new washer pump anyway but nothing. Did (can) the socket fall out the bottom of the fuse box? Is it in another location other than fuse box on some vans? It's got to have a washer system or how could it be legal.

 

Looking at the wiring diagram you have no fuse specifically for the washers. The system uses the PCI data bus for it's power source and switching. If that fuse blew your washer system would be the least of your worries. Power for the washer motor comes off the Front Control Module (FCM) via the IPM. The stalk switch and BCM handle the switching. Try pulling the IOD fuse for 2-3 minutes. This will reset the data bus and maybe your washers.
