When accelerating or decelerating, and the A/C is on, there is a whining noise coming from the passenger side. When I am driving with the AC on, everything is good, but when I accelerate or when I take my foot off the gas pedal there is a loud whining noise that changes pitch. As soon as I turn off the AC it stops. The AC runs on idle without making any sounds and working perfectly fine.

What is the reason?
