95 Caravan inner tie rod

Can anyone tell me how to remove the drivers side inner tie rod on a 1995 Dodge Caravan? Do I need a special tool for this? Thanks!

Yes you need a special tool, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAmv1vHoi4s to replace inner tie rod. Dodge recommends you replace the whole rack, about $70 after market.
