Default Transmission leaks intermittenly

I have a 2006 Dodge Caravan (3.3L gas EFI) with 111500 miles.
This past weekend I dropped the tranny pan replaced the filter cleaned the pan (the magnet had a lot of fine iron powder stuck to it)
coated the new rubber seal with Permatex super gray RTV sealant
(per the Permatex tech I spoke with).
Test drove for about an hour, check the level ..it was a tad low,
I added roughly 1 pint of the ATF+4 (recommended for Chrysler transmissions).
Drove 60 miles back home (from Las Vegas, NV to Pahrump, NV)
Checked it again no leaks.

My wife drives the van this morning and she tells me it's leaking.
(tranny fluid on our driveway) Although it shifts just fine, and the
fluid level is okay.
Any one have any thoughts or ideas as to why this may occur?
any help would be most appreciated.

Is the pan leaking? May have a warped pan flange or under/over torqued bolts. When you torqued the bolts did you torque opposite bolts across the pan?

I haven't had good luck with pan gaskets. I just use RTV alone.

Thanks for your reply, yes I tightened the bolts in a criss/cross fashion.
The pan didn't appear to be warped or damaged.
However, while I have a torque wrench, I can't find any documention on
what to "torque" the pan bolts "to". i.e. how many inch-lbs.
I just sort of "eased" up on each bolt, tightening just a few turns at a time. Until they wouldn't tighten anymore.
I know how easily aluminum threads can be stripped.

I've changed transmission filters and fluid on a lot of engines over the years. this is the first time one has started leaking AFTER roughly 36 - 40
hours without leaking.
I let the Permatex setup for 2 hrs, then allowed it to "cure" over night
before I put in the ATF+4 fluid.

Would anyone know where I can locate the torque 'specs' for the transmission pan?

Thanks
