Im having an intermittent problem with one of our work vans. Air will blow out of all the vents, sometimes working fine all day and sometimes only for a short period untill it just randomly stops blowing out of the vents. The blower is still running strong even after the vent air stops and i can also hear a groaning type noise from under the dash when this happens, almost as if something such as a blend door is moving on its own. Most the time i can shut the van off and then turn it back on and it will blow out of the vents again... this only works sometimes. I tried looking in the tizzy sticky for calibrations and such, but they dont seem to apply to this model van.
This van has the dual passenger/driver climate control with rear controls also. I can get it to do some sort of calibration by holding the power button and a/c button for 5 seconds which makes the leds blink alternatley for a little over a minute untill i'm left with just a blinking a/c led. This doesnt tell me anything but maybe it means something to you guys. Any ideas? BTW i get air from the floor vents, and defrost as well just fine.
