Would anyone know if I could Swap the Radio from a 2000 Grand Caravan this one has the CD player, and would like to put it into my 1994 Dodge Ram 1500, as it doesen't have the CD player.

If it can be done without modification I would like to do it if not then I will leave well enough alone.
