Default rear fan speed issue on 2000 caravan
Hi, I own a 2000 caravan sport conversion van. My rear blower/fan only operates on high no matter if you are using the dash or rear controls. Is there a resistor pack somewhere like the front blower?

Yes. It may or may not be in the same place depicted here on this next generation 2001 but it is mounted somewhere on the rear HVAC unit as seen here:

They don't look the same. I took the panel off and couldn't find anything that looks like a resistor pack.

Not repairable on 2000 caravan, must replace blower motor

I would bet an adventurous sole could come up with a way around it as they do with so many other "You must change" situations.

I'm not sure, but it looks like the panel below the window needs to come out in order to remove the motor.
