Default Noisy idle

Hi all,

I have been having this problem for a while and it appears to be getting worse. Starting to consider taking it in to my shop,

Details:
04 Caravan
3.3
150000km
has been regularly maintained, oil, filters, shocks, tires, plugs, pcv valve, water pump and rad, water intake pipe, brakes etc have all been replaced when needed.

The noise:
Sounds like a loose connection on the exhaust, it doesn't appear to be, when the engine warms up. Usually only happens when stopped at a light and in gear, if I shift into neutral or park the sound disappears. The sound appears to becoming from the engince area. All fluids look good and it shifts fine when driving without any noise.

any thoughts, the resonator maybe?

Thanks

I had this problem recently.

Thought it was the timing chain - turned out to be the water pump.

I know you said your water pump has been replaced, but double-check. Mine was shot by @ 80k miles the first time.

Lots of good info in that thread above.
