I have a 2003 Grand Caravan AWD with rear disk brakes. At slow speed when turning left, the driver side rear wheel squeaks regardless if the brake pedal is applied or not.

About 5000km ago I put new disks and brake pads on all four corners of the van.

Any idea's on what could possibly be causing the noise?

Possibly you didn't clean the rotors well enough before installing the new brakes, loose rotor, or need to adjust the e-brake cable.

 

I'd look at the axle boots to make sure they have not ripped and leaked the grease out causing the CV joint to squeak; also check the fluids in the AWD units.
