Default code P0406

'04 Town & Country, 3.3L.

Today as my wife was driving to work the CEL came on. I found the code P0406 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor A Circuit High.

I have cleared the code and hopefully it will not come back. If it does I am not sure what I will need to do to correct the problem.

Any suggestions?

Just noticed in the DIY section of this forum it shows a step by step on how to replace it.

Could be the EGR valve but there are other causes: http://www.obd-codes.com/p0406

Thanks guys for the possible causes. I may need to replace the EGR valve again. It was replaced around 65K miles, at 140K miles now.
