Default Help replacing valve seats

Hi, let me detail my situation:
2002 Grand Caravan, 3.3L, 129,000 Miles.

about a month ago a heater hose bursts and the van overheats.

replace hose, refill fluids - check.

van runs a little rough at idle and a little underpowered. I suspect it is missing. check engine light comes on with code 0304 - cyliner 4 misfire.

replace spark plugs and wires, and buy injector cleaner to put in the gas tank. - check.

doesnt seem to do much of anything to help, still runs super rough, check engine light comes on again.

take it to the mechanic, the compression test each cyl. 1,2,3,5,6 all coming in at 124 or 125. cyl 4 comes in at 100. mechanic cleans injectors. still runs rough, throws 0304 code.

mechanic takes the #4 plug off and puts a video camera down in the cyl and can see one of the valves is not closing.

so now i'm gonna try and take the head off and replace the valve seat myself. anyone had experience doing this?

Take the cylinder head off yourself but then take it in and have it rebuilt by an auto machine shop that has the proper tools and knowhow.

yeah, only machine shop can do things like that, you need some expensive equipment to resurface head and replace valve seats.
Generally machine shops charge from $150-$300, dependng on what it needs.
