1999 Caravan fans won't turn on
This is my friend's 1999 caravan 3.3 and the first one I've worked on.
This all started a month ago with overheating and a P1491 which led to new fans and relay. All was good for a month, then again started overheating at idle. Decide to replace thermostat, temp sensor, water pump and belt tensioner.
Now the fans don't work at all. So first I jumped the gray and green wires and fans work. Turn on the AC fans don't work. Disconnect temp. sensor fans don't work. The temp. gauge will go all the way up and fans still don't work. So is this a PCM issue?
